Hotel was very clean and the cleaners were very friendly. The location was great, it was in easy walk of all the places we wanted to see.

The hotel is in a great location - in walking distance of the old town, the cathedral and the harbour. The A1 bus from the airport stops right opposite the hotel and costs 5euros per person each way. Takes 20 - 25 minutes. Palma itself is just lovely. Lots of little shops = both expensive and cheap! Lots of cobbled streets and places to explore. Its also very clean. People are nice and its not swamped with tourists. Lots of little coffee shops and places to eat. Hotel was nice, breaksfast was fine. Room size was pretty impressive. We didn;t have the best view but to be honest we were out all day so this wasn't an issue for us. Beds are large and very comfortable.

Staff were super friendly, helpful and able to accommodate us with safe luggage storage and showers for easy early check-in and late check-out. The location is perfect as well with a bus to the airport stopping right in front of the hotel.

Perfect location close to everything. Bus stop right outside the hotel to and from palma airport. The spa was lovely and nice to relax after sightseeing all day. Breakfast was good and well worth the money.

The location was great, everything was within walking distance. The room was nice and spacious. I liked that there were 2 sinks. It was quiet and peaceful too. The breakfast was good, I enjoyed the fruits and pastries mainly. I like the hotels efforts to be sustainable.
